Can it be installed anywhere in the house?
Yes, our Concept Tiles can be installed any place indoor, except with direct contact with water such as in shower places.

Can it be installed in a shower place?
No, it can’t be installed in the shower place due to it is waterproof, we want to assure the perfect result and behavior of the product.

Can it be installed in wet areas?
Yes, it can be installed in wet areas, as long the wall is always in good condition, without humidities.

Can it be installed near heating systems?
No, Concept Tiles can’t be installed near heating systems due the structure could be modified.

What tools do I need?
Concept Tiles are extremely easy to cut, it does not require the use of professional tools. You only need a cutter, pencil, metallic set square and level.

Can you install Concept tiles outdoors?
No, is an indoor product.

Can it be installed on floors?
Yes, it can be installed on floors with low traffic, furniture without sharp objects, chairs with wide and sillicone wheelchairs.

Will I need a professional installer?
You don’t need a professional installer to install Concept Tiles as long as the steps on the Installation Guide are followed.

Can it be installed on any surface?
Yes, as long as the wall is clean, free of dust, without humidity and well leveled.

Do I need to apply primer on the wall?
Apply the mandatory Primer on all surfaces for the warranty to be valid.

Can it be installed directly on ceramic tiles?
Yes, as long as the wall is clean and free of dust.

Is it fireproof?
Concept Tiles fire behavior is suitable for domestic areas.

How to install on cement, wood, stippled paint or coated?
For installing it on different surfaces it is necessary to follow the below advices:
Before installing remove grease and fill big holes to make sure the walls are flat. Apply the mandatory Primer on all surfaces.

How to install on drywall?
Apply the mandatory Primer on all surfaces including drywall for the warranty to be valid.

How can I clean it?
The tiles are easy to clean. It is recommendable the use of neutral soap or soap solution without abrasive products as ammonia, bleach, etc.
